Going further than the tutorial:
- Tried different textures
- Created a candle at one point
- Made my own textures
- Created a shader, material, and some “logs”
- Added shadows to make it have burnt areas
- Tested lighting ideas
Note: Somehow after this, because I accidentally clicked “move” instead of “copy” and cancelled it and tried to undo, it lost the flames shader and all my new textures (I have backups of the textures) as if I never made it. Somehow, the wood shader is still there. Oh, well. I know how to make it now.
