Got My Temps
For those of you in other countries, that means I have a temporary liscense to drive with a liscensed driver in the passenger seat..I can't believe I missed 4 questions on the test! It was done with a Scantron machine, so I don't know what I missed..I think I got the question wrong about how far away from a turn do you slow down? I guessed 100 feet (I think) there was also 200 feet and 300 feet answers..and then there was a question about drinking age and BAC levels..the book I originally got in 2000 and the one I got from Kitty (from 2002?) had the old legal drinking BAC of .10..luckily I watch the news because in the last 6? months it's changed to .08..but the question was about underage drunk driving..I didn't know it THAT changed..grr..
Some of the questions were absolutely stupid..like each question had a picture with it..one of the questions had a stop sign on it and it asked "What does this mean?" and had answers like "slippery when wet" or "slow down"..come on! it says "STOP"..duh..I wonder what that means *sarcasm*..and then they had a photo of a road with orange contruction barrells and asks "What color is the background of construction signs?"..whatever..
So yeah, now I wanna try to drive, but my mom and others are telling me to wait until I get assessed to see if I need any modifications on the car..Dude, I only need a manual ramp so I can have my wheelchair if I want it..I can put the ram up and crutch or watch to the driver's seat and drive..everyone seems to think I need the driver's seat taken out, hand controls, automatic doors, and a gigantic machanical ramp..I don't think so..I think it would be harder with hand controls because I've seen too many drive normally and I would automatically want to drive that way..I'm used to breaking with my foot..not my hand..heck when I'm half asleep, my hand-eye coordination goes down, so it'd be hard to think "ok, now break with the left hand.." rather than "Oh, CRAP!!!" and put my foot down to stop..
Kitty and I were talking about going on a road trip around America..I've always wanted to and hope to some day within the next two years and film the whole thing..see how many people we can get to come so the driving and gas prices won't be too bad..if done within the next two years, the people we know will still be in college and can take a long time off better than they can take off work..
lol..the bridge was out when my mom and I came back from getting my temps in C-ville..so we went through town..I got to see "Charlie's" house..I think I saw his dad working in the yard..it looks like a cute house..I don't think Charlie was there tho..last time I heard, he was in the military stationed across the country..

PisoMojado.com and .net was taken, so I got iCantComeUpWithaName.com .. it will be the silly section of my personal site with porfolio outcasts such as the alien people doodles and the mediocre blends..the pictures that are blah..I probably won't host there, but I'll have a tutorial site..
Alien People Drawings
I went with Kitty to her karate class and anime club..I've have many people say my alien people drawings suck (they do, trust me)..but the anime club was showing a cartoon that had characters that look similar to mine!
We got free food from the Kerry campaining people..I walked by and was like "Kerry sucks!" and they asked, "Why does Kerry suck?"..I said, "Bush does, too..Kerry's too liberal and Bush's too conservative" they told me Kerry isn't THAT liberal..umm..how would THEY know? They are liberals..you don't notice HOW liberal he is until you are conservative or in the middle..just like my conservative parents would think Bush isn't that conservative..are you kidding me? I watched the second debate and I argued with both sides..one thing I can't figure out about conservatives and pro-life people..they want no abortion and no embryonic stem-cell research..um..I say keep early on abortion legal and use propaganda to deter people from it and to look into better options, but if they choose to do abortion, use those stem-cells for research! That way a supposedly "bad" thing will be going toward something good..the embryos used in the research would die anyway if not used for the research..if we are supposed to protect the embryo which is a potential life, then what about all the sperm and eggs that die all the time??? those are potentially a life..OH MY GAWD!! I'me killing babies every month! lol..well, at least potential babies..I don't agree with partial-birth abortion (unless it's done for medical reasons) because that's a baby breathing with a heart beat..um..that's a living, feeling, cognitive human..but like within a month into a pregnancy, it's still cells..I believe the soul and the cognitive mind are linked so the "soul" doesn't become connected to the baby until mid to late pregnancy when it responds to sound and movement..
ok, yeah..enough of that..as Kitty said, "Kerry's good for something..he got us free food!!!"
Kareoke (sp?)
Kitty's going to the Corner Grind today and is gonna sing..that will be fun! I'm gonna take pictures and video! I don't have the guts to sing in front of people I know in town..
