Insomnia = stress-filled nightmares and a strange dream about a movie that turns Winnie-the-Pooh into an evil alien story where Robin(?) was trained by his parents to fight evil “Poohs” that look like giant yellow bears. Half of the movie was in Portuguese and I was watching it in 3D and it was not that good.
I can’t remember much past the part where he is called to the principal’s office and told that seven of his family members have disappeared. He asks, “Do you think it was the Poohs?” The funny thing was the movie was closed captioned and they put the Portuguese over the English subtitles.

The movie started with a kid (Christopher Robin) is sparring with sticks with his father that’s dressed in a Winnie-the-Pooh costume. Weirdest movie idea.
I remember being pissed off later because I woke up and couldn’t figure out what happened between the movie and waking up. I was worried I was losing my memory. It was just because it was a dream.
I remember the name “Emily” made out of masking tape on the padded walls of the school gym. Tigger was represented by someone holding a baby tiger.
I remember being in a place like the Vet’s Memorial, but there was an outdoor stadium and I worked there. My department was like my waking life’s department with the same people, but a much nicer office. I remember being rewarded for something (by people who looked like they were government officials) that I didn’t see as a big deal. I was annoyed because it was right when I was trying to “put out fires” so to speak and help organize some event, while Erin at work was told to move my stuff to the second floor because I got a promotion, but I didn’t want to have to go upstairs every day so I told her not to move my stuff, etc. Charlie* randomly showed up later to help at the event, but went to someone else and didn’t acknowledge me. He was dressed and acted professionally.
* Name has been changed.
I had a lot of dreams that night, but I remember most of them dealing with being around a lot of people.
In one, I was at some volunteer event with my dad where people present ideas (like Shark Tank) and we are to vote if we liked them or not.
In a previous event that my dad went to, he was able to give feedback, but at this one, I told him we don’t give feedback, but I’ve tracked people down to talk to them.
We saw something that was about an iPad app and my dad asked the presenter questions and everyone looked at him like he was crazy. The app wasn’t that good and looked like something I’ve seen before.
Later, I remember being in a large crowed on a grassy lawn with chains on both sides of a path that went around and over a hill. I didn’t want to move, but I had no choice with the way the crowd was pushing me. Even when I walked, I was in the way, so I crawled and was able to move very fast by crawling.
Basically, I was sitting at a picnic table surrounded by small groups of people. I recognized some people from high school, but they weren’t friends.
There was a guy (the only way I can describe his appearance was “Average IT Nerd”, average height, average weight, brown hair, brown eyes, basically looks similar to a lot of friends I’ve had in the IT field) who was going around annoying people just to see their reaction. It was as if he knew he was in a dream space and decided to have fun with it.
He leaned back against me like if I were some wall. I ignored him and let him stay there. After a while, he walked around and faced me and we had a conversation. I remember him saying he was from Texas. He held up a gas can and “accidentally” spilled some gas on my legs. I didn’t care. For some reason, I thought it would just evaporate. I did move him over a little, but he was surprised I didn’t get mad.
