I dreamed about being at band or something..some guy gave me a red rose 5-6 months early for my birthday..and this older lady (middle age maybe) looked at the rose and said what was it for..and I said it was an early birthday present and she took it and looked at it and said, “Oh, is your birthday tomorrow?” and I said, “No, it’s not until..” and she said, “Maybe next Monday?” and I murmured, “Not until June in fact..” and there was some weird thing going on in band about people next to me going really really fast in a circle..all the while I was talking to this lady..she gave me back the rose and I put it on my music stand..eventually the spinning band members stopped and seemed to turn into a piece of Greek sculpture..they were pillars of marble I think and looked like Greek people with togas and cool hair..The band members were still alive..for some reason, Marie* wasn’t there and came later..I ran up to her and told her and Katie* about what happened and how I wish I could get my hair like that..but the next thing the band did, me, Marie, and Katie wasn’t in it but watching it..it was some Greek legend or myth about how this girl made these two guys fall in love with her and they try to win her over by buying her jewels and gold..they were both rich..one guy was more evil than the other and I think planned to kill the good guy off..now, see the nice good guy wasn’t that mean..Then, I think sooner or later the good guy’s friends got mad and tried to kill the bad guy, but the girl stopped them or something..I can’t remember the rest..

I remember something about talking to Nicole* about my very long braided hair that hung to my waist.
Later, I was in a place like my high school, but backward and two stories. I stood in front of these mechanical steel doors that would open upward. There was something like support bars across them in the shape of an X. We went through them.
At first, it was dark. I went in then came back out to find a flashlight and went back in. I knew something about the rare flowers I saw. I knew they were dangerous and made you grow older quicker, so I tried staying away from them. Marie* picked them and put them into a bag. I told her not to and that they were dangerous, but she was in a trance.
Later, I came back and it was light. It looked like paradise or the land of the Lotus-Eaters from the Odyssey. Some friends from school and I looked around and played and talked. I explored to see how big the place was and how they made it. I was far away in a field when, out of nowhere, this small yellow flower was blown by the wind into my hair, which was now short and curly. I panicked and wanted to get out of there so I found another mechanical door and pressed the button three times. There was a sound like a doorbell. The door slowly opened and I went into an office or house. I remember being directed to another door to my right and it lead back into the school’s hallway.
Later, I ended up going back and trying to tell people this is a bad place. I went through the second door. This time, the people there said, “People that come through this door are to be killed, but I don’t think he’s here, so get out!”
I ran to the door on my right. On my left, along the same wall as the door, I see a library room and the guy that was running this whole – what I’d guess you’d call – an experiment, was standing there with his back to me. He saw me, but the guys that talked to me shut the door. I pressed the button to the door. The door opened and I slipped out and ran down the hall and around the wall of the hallway to escape.
I was trying to find another way out of the Utopia place, so I went back in and recognized Karen* walking out toward the entrance. I remember some friends I didn’t recognize because they were 40 years old now. Some other people were playing with a boomerang rope thing. I turned to look to my right and I heard something weird and then a gasp.
I looked back and saw the friend I didn’t recognize (the girl). Her head was cut off her body and it was all bloody and stuff. Some people, like me, that resisted the paradise spell ran towards these old castle like double doors, which led us to the hallway. We ran down the hallway to the stairs and tried to explain what happened. Dad, this old fogey dude, some others, and I decided to try to save some of the people in the utopia place and get them out.
We thought that we could get the children together for coloring and telling stories, so I found this paper with a picture (for coloring) that had a story on it, two pencils, a pen, and some crayons. The others took the stuff there and I went there a little later. These little kids were all huddled around and I went to see what was going on. They were using the blue crayon to color the shirt of a character, but the sleeves in light blue. The little kid to my right started reading the story and the little kid to his right asked what he was reading. He said a nursery rhyme like ‘Humpty Dumpty‘ and the other little kid started to sing ‘Humpty Dumpty,’ while the first little kid read. I then had this theory that kids younger than a certain age grew younger and kids like teenagers that were older that a certain age grew older.
Later, I remember some guy walking in to the utopia place and we all thought he was here to convince the older people to leave. He wasn’t, though, but now that I think about it, the older people could have been the teenagers and my friends. I think I also remember that at the high school, there was like a blizzard outside. Even earlier in my dream, I remember missing out on a field trip and actually going on a second one.

It was like a movie with two guys (good and bad) trying to get out of a building that had a bomb.
The good guy looked like any hero guy on an action movie, early 30’s, strong type. The second guy was the bad guy and was slightly overweight with a temper. The good guy tried to get him out of the building, even though the bad guy wasn’t cooperating.
The good guy said to the bad guy, “You can’t hurt me, can you?”
The bad guy doesn’t say anything.
“I didn’t think so,” the good guy said.
He decided to leave the bad guy behind. There was this green liquid or it could have been just water just reflecting something green. The good guy jumped in to find a way out. The liquid was at least 10 ft. deep. The good guy swam over to a mirror. Thinking it was a window, he banged on it. Then, he found a connecting hallway or office and climbed up onto the floor.
He stood up, thinking he had left the bad guy behind. Suddenly, out of nowhere, the bad guy grabbed a grayish black phone off the desk that was in the room and hit the good guy on the head with it. The good guy fell to the floor, but got back up. He shoved the bad guy into the wall. There was a whole fight scene.
Then, the elevator doors opened and this lady that looked like a combo between the doctor on Cube and the lady that was helping the family hide on Don’t Look Behind You. She was the head of the police department and grabbed the good guy’s shoulder (I guess he worked for the police) and dragged him to the elevator. The bad guy followed him and the lady said, “Who is this creep?”
Later, my dad and I were reporters on the scene. They showed us this bomb with what they called “mock wires,” where the maker puts a bunch of fake wires to make the bomb look more explosive and complicated. It was to make a person disarming the bomb struggle to figure out which wire to cut. The bomb squad narrowed it down to wire number 4 (there was 10 in all). They clicked a switch on the last wire and it didn’t go off, so the bomb squad thought it was a dud. I, however, saw the fuse light up and start to smoke. They took it away and I just waited for it to pop.
In another dream, there was a cigarette floating in the air. It was lit and spinning in circles. The smoke got to me, so I blew it away from me. Then, to my right, there were cigarette ashes floating in the air.
Then, I woke up.
