I remember having a new apartment, but in the dream, it fit in a plastic “box” the size of a mattress. Inside, it was an older room-sized apartment, but I found that imagining it to be a newer place, it turned into an awesome apartment.
I later showed it off to friends and coworkers in the dream. They thought it was interesting, but didn’t know how it worked. I even showed one of them how the steps going down to a basement were just an illusion to make the space seem bigger.
I remember there was a dog and it really liked the guy I liked in the dream.
There was also a scene where I told my coworker who had a clear box with colorful slugs about how I dreamed she had these slugs.
Later, I remember looking around the “box” to figure out how it worked. It was in a city I’ve dreamed about before and it was leaned up against an old warehouse that was partly under construction.
In another dream, I was with a class or team in a place with tall white walls. I remember taking a walk outside and it was near a tree-lined creek. I later went to a restroom hoping to hear the guy I like walk by so I could bump into him and we’d walk outside together.
I remember being in a gymnasium – one that I’ve been in before in a dream.
A group and I were exercising with weights in some kind of inflated rubber. We would push the weight away from us and it would bounce back and it would work our core as we try keeping our balance.
A girl opposite me was trying this with a dark blue weight labeled with 8 ½ lbs. and I was using a brown 4 lb. weight. She wanted to trade and I agreed since, in waking life, I tend to work out with larger weights than suggested for women. I couldn’t understand how the rubber didn’t break from the 8.5 lbs. when thrown. It ended up breaking and I had to make a new one. Only a white (6 lbs.) and a brown one were left.
To avoid having one that would break, I chose brown. To blow them up, I had to use a tool that spins – like a wrench of some sort. The weight didn’t blow up very efficiently. The guys in charge said something and I remember feeling like I should blow up the white weight. Charlie* (I think) walked up and sat in front of me on the bleachers. I discovered the weights inflate faster if you put the tool against your knee.
* Name was changed.
Maybe caffeine DOES have an effect, but then again, the caffeine source has vitamin B6 as well.
I remember visiting my aunt, but, instead of her house, she lived in a very large condo. I had a cat and took it with me for some reason. She never liked cats – probably because of the shedding, so she REALLY didn’t like it in my dream because there was a lot more space to keep clean.
I remember the walls were white and the place looked new. However, the basement where we were hanging out had hardly any furniture. I remember picturing eating dinner in each of the rooms.
She plans on willing her place to me after she dies and I thought, I’m going to have to split this into two units and rent them out. It’s way too large for one person.
This supposedly was in my aunt’s backyard. In waking life, she lives in the city, but in my dream, she had a lot of yard and it had a hill and an old, decaying wooden building at the edge of the property.
I remember following someone and falling onto the hill. I said something and the made me realize I was dreaming. I said, “Woah! I’m dreaming!” and I was happy I didn’t wake up. I wanted to explore.
I even remember rubbing my hand on the grass. I walked to the old building in an effort to remember details and explore.
I opened the door and went inside. It was empty, but sunlight came in through the many holes of the rotten wood. I realized it was a very old church. There was probably once a time when they had wooden pews or chairs and a preacher at the front. I even found two small “furnace” places were a fire would have been lit on each side.
Later, outside, I wanted to wake up to write the dream down. I told a character that I don’t know how to wake up. She told me to try to read something so the high amount of information would trigger me to wake up. I thought it was worth a try.
I found a large sculpture/fountain with graffiti and stickers on it and tried to read it.
I went into another dream in the same location, but I thought I was awake. I was telling people about the church and went out to find it. Instead of a church, there was a beer display with 12 and 24-packs. I tried explaining to a store clerk that there was once a church that stood here.
The weird thing was, I walked past the fountain with all the graffiti.
I remember being in a “compound” that held training classes of some sort. I was trying to join a different class, but I was on a waiting list or something and missed a class that I felt was important and was mad about it. The set up reminded me a little of the middle school I attended.
I had other dreams, so hopefully, I’ll remember them eventually, but I remembered this one because I was watching Cinema Sins earlier today.
All I really remember was being in a house/compound where some guy was killing people with a gun. I was impressed with his way of not being compelled to monologue before killing people like villains in movies do. But, unlucky for him, that means I couldn’t allow time to have him talk me out of killing him. I planned to shoot him in the head on sight.
The place I was in was like a covered balcony or a place with open areas. I remember trees outside of a main opening. I think I was in a kitchen-like area because I was thinking of using something as a weapon and kitchen things make great weapons. I had a gun, though.
