What should I pick? (random)

Since I’ve been getting thinner, I’ve been becoming more and more self counscious about these moles/birthmarks on my lower back…
So for about 6 months or so, I’ve been thinking of someday getting a tattoo that uses my moles as part of the art (they are dark brown, almost black)…
However, I’m poor and not tolerant of pain, so I haven’t yet gotten one…
I kinda put it out of my mind for a while. UNTIL yesterday when I went swimming at the RPAC and my favorite swimsuit showed my lower back. So I started thinking about it again, but I’m still poor…
THEN, things changed today and I might be getting some money (more than I need and can get out of debt by next year) and I saw an article and now a facebook group…so now, of course, I’m really wanting a tattoo…
But what should I get?
So far, I was thinking something small (I’m a huge wimp) dealing with any of these areas:
1. My astrological sign (Cancer) (but not pictures of crabs or the word “Cancer” or “Crab”)
2. My astrological element of water
3. Something dealing with angels (an old nickname, especially like the angel wings)
4. My duality belief in my belief system (such as an angel/devil combo symbol)
5. Something to do with my name “Hope” or a reference to “Hope” from the Pandora’s Box myth
6. Something Irish/Scottish from my heritage
If I ever get one, what area of interest should I go for?
