Randomness - Idea for a FitTV show

You know that show on Discovery Home called “Wasted”?
It’s filmed in New Zealand and it shows homeowners and families the amount of trash they throw out that could be recycled (all at once, so it’s usually large heaps of trash or 10-pound balls of gum) or composted. Then, they explain in terms of cars on the road or providing electricity to a number of houses how much energy they are wasting. Then they help fix the house and offer solutions to cut down waste and energy costs.
At the end of the show, they calcutate the money saved in 3 weeks and project it over a year and match that in money to the family as a reward.
Wouldn’t it be cool if they did this for a health show?
Like, follow the person who wants to get fit, but can’t, around to monitor activities and eating habits and money spent on unhealthy food. They could show them not only how much unhealthy food is eaten, but also the fat accumulated from that food. They could make some suggestions on how to change their habits and encourage ways to increase activity and exercise.
At the end, they could match the money saved on not buying unhealthy food and a certain amount per percentage of body fat or pounds of fat lost, projected over 6 months to a year.
The idea is to show small, simple solutions could create a big impact on health over time.

It was 99 cents, plus I had some cheese the I believe was a dollar nineteen. The funny part was me wandering around the gas station deciding what I wanted. I’m like the worst ever. Haha.

That would be pretty funny. I’m sure people would have gotten a kick of what I had for dinner last night. I HAD to stop at Speedway to get cigs, and I wanted dinner and didn’t want to make two stops. So I totally had this sandwich thing that was hard on the bottom. Haha.

lol! However, your sandwich was probably cheap and not totally unhealthy :o) lol ..and on the green side of things, you didn’t waste gas and pollute the air to go to two places ;o)
