I’m loving this control!
Friday, December 14th, 2007I have found out that I can control my weight with the amount of protein and simple carbs I eat in a day.
I’m using this to my advantage! Normally, I will try to maintain a weight of 110-115, but if there is something coming up, such as needing to walk on ice or walk long distances, I can lose 5-10 pounds in a couple of days, making those tasks a little bit easier.
